Harding School of Theology (HST) is offering Sycamore View members an opportunity to audit two classes at $50 each. Congregational Leadership taught by Dr. Carlus Gutpon (Mondays, 6-8:45pm, Aug. 17) and Acts of the Apostles taught by Dr. Richard Oster (Thursdays, 6-8:45pm, Aug. 20). White Station Church of Christ will offer a virtual Multi-Ethnic Church Workshop on Saturday, August 15th. There will be a panel discussion and two break out sessions will bring together experts in matters of race related to the church. We will begin offering drive-thru communion and prayer from 12pm - 1:00pm. If you would like to participate, just pull up by the doors in the front entrance of our campus and our shepherds will attend to your needs.

We are now meeting for in-person worship gatherings and have two services available. The first service is at 8:30am and the second service begins at 11am. We will not have Bible classes, Children’s Worship, or our Nursery. Above all, we want you to know that we are committed to providing a safe worship experience and are here when you’re ready.

LIVE-STREAMING

We are committed to offering an improved live-streaming option that will begin at 11am. We film our 11am worship service every week for those who prefer to stay at home during the current pandemic. In addition, we are working toward offering an 8:30am livestream worship service in the near future.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS

During this season, we strongly believe that loving each other means we do our best not to spread COVID-19. To that end, our Sunday in-person worship services will be contact-free. From door handles to communion and air-hugs to seating in the Worship Center, we want people to feel safe, welcome and respected. For now, masks are required (and provided if you forget yours!). Looking to connect with others in a weekly Bible class for adults? Join us every Wednesday evening at 7pm for an evening of biblical teaching and small group discussion we call Wednesday Night Live. We’ll spend the first 10-15 minutes diving into scripture with a leader, and then we’ll have the chance to apply it to our own lives in small groups using Zoom Breakout Rooms.

Looking for community? Most of our members are in Lifegroups (smaller groups that meet regularly in homes) who are still staying connected. This season has made lots of others feel the need to be in a small group even more than before.
