Do you like helping send kids to camp? Do you like pizza? If you answered yes to either of those questions, join us at Blaze Pizza (310 Coffee Rd. 93309) between the hours of 11am-4pm on Sunday, May 20th. 20% of all orders placed will go directly to kid's summer camp. Orders can be dine in or carry out. When you order show a picture of the flyer (available in the link below or grab a paper copy on your way out the Sanctuary). We only receive the donation on orders placed with the flyer.

Save the date and begin collecting items for our annual Legacy Event Yard Sale Saturday May 26th. You can begin to drop your items off at our church on Sundays under the awning, by room 105, or during the week at the office. This year’s Ladies Legacy Event will take place Saturday August 18th

May 25th, Franklin Graham plans to hold a one-day prayer and evangelism event here in Bakersfield, Ca. Franklin will present the Gospel of Jesus Christ at each event, calling the lost to repentance and faith—and praying together with believers for their families, churches, communities, and those far from God. Each stop on the 10-city tour will also feature live music from Jeremy Camp.

This year we will attend Forest Home Christian Camp Sunday, July 8th - Friday, July 13th. Camp is for kids entering 3rd-6th grade. We will be taking 8 girls & 8 boys. The cost is $275 per camper, and sign ups are located at the kid's check in. A $50 deposit is required to reserve a spot. There will be upcoming fundraisers so keep an eye on the bulletin. Come out to Dodger Stadium on Saturday, June 30 for Christian Faith Day. Be sure to stay after the game for special postgame programming that will include live music and personal testimonies from Dodger players Clayton Kershaw, Kenley Jansen! Tickets are $37 per person. Sign-up under the awning by 5/13/2017! Be sure to sign up with us in order to get the group discounted pricing. The game starts at 4:15pm.

Join Calvary Chapel Bakersfield Friday June 1st 6:00pm for a free Family Fun Night! Invite your friends, family and neighbors for a night filled with bounce houses, water slides, movies, and music! Dinner will be provided.

We invite fathers with children of all ages to join us for a campout on June 15th-16th. We will meet at the church at 5:00pm on Friday to carpool to Walker Basin. Dinner will be served at 7:00pm. Cost is $10 per family and includes dinner, breakfast, and snacks for lunch. We will leave around 2:00pm on Saturday. Bring your tent, sleeping bag, pillow, guns, and fishing poles. ATVs are welcome! Maps are available at the church office.
